- Check-in time is ANYTIME from 10am while Check-out time is 10am.

For cancellations made less than 48 hours or a "no show", the full rate shall be charged.
For large bookings we require a 50% of full as advance payment to ensure confirmation for the rooms booked. If there are cancellations with large booking less than seven days before checking in date then 100% will be charged. If there are cancellations with large booking less than fourteen days before checking in date then 50% will be charged.
