Hotel Policies

- Check-in time is ANYTIME from 10am while Check-out time is 10am.
- Check-out time of more than 10am will be charged 50% of the normal rates.
- Visa and MasterCard are accepted at HILL VIEW HOTEL with a 3% Bank imposed Surcharge.
- US$ printed before the year 2009 is not accepted.
- Lost keys will be charged 35,000/= TZS.
- The guest can check-in anytime, however no discount will be given for late check-in.
- We accept online, phone and direct booking anytime.
- All confirmed bookings shall be considered as an agreement between the client and our hotel.
